About us

The Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education is highly regarded compared to other ECE curriculums because of its focus on child-led learning, deep exploration of interests, collaborative learning environments, and emphasis on strong relationships between children, teacher, and families. It places strong value on children’s natural curiosity and potential as early learners, unlike more traditional, teacher directed approaches.

At Wünderville, our carefully designed classrooms or “third teacher” will set the stage for child-led, teacher guided learning. Our teachers are highly skilled in this approach to early childhood education, with a combined thirty years of experience in the field. Parent volunteers are welcomed into our classroom space for further integration of our families into the learning experience.

At Wünderville, joy is at the center of everything we do, and our teachers are deeply committed to providing the best in care and nurturing, and the highest quality in ECE. Out of Wünderville, you can expect foundations to be laid for the makings of decisive leaders, confident collaborators and problem solvers, capable community builders, with a lifelong love of learning, cherished memories, and a deep sense of connectedness and wellbeing.

Parent Testimonial:

“One step inside Wunderville and you immediately see the years of expertise that has been poured into the space. Each area is so unique and beautifully designed to stimulate any child’s imagination and creativity. Children will be empowered to explore and create a lasting love of learning. It truly is a full embodiment of the Reggio Emilia framework. Miss Sarah and Miss Johanna are clearly experts in childhood development, emotional understanding and the foundation of learning, play. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to send our child to Wunderville and know we will continue to see them thrive under Miss Sarah and Miss Johanna’s guidance.”
