Dear Prospective Families,

We are thrilled that you are considering Wunderville for your child’s early education. At Wunderville, we believe childhood is a season of wonder and that every child is born with an infinite capacity for creativity.

Our Reggio Emilia-inspired oasis is designed as an "incubator of possibilities"—a warm, safe, and joyful environment where the child is the protagonist of their own learning journey. We view our families as essential partners and look forward to welcoming you into our community through seasonal celebrations, shared talents, and an ongoing dialogue about your child’s growth.

Registration & Enrollment Process

Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To begin, please follow the steps below:

  1. Register via Brightwheel: Click the link below to create an account and complete the registration form.

  2. Registration Fee: A $50 non-refundable fee is required at the time of submission.

  3. Confirmation: You will receive registration confirmation from Brightwheel. Our team will review applications and send enrollment packages by March 1, 2026.

  4. Secure Your Spot: A $250 Enrollment Fee is due to finalize placement. This fee is non-refundable and is credited directly toward your tuition balance.

Tuition & Payment Information

Tuition is based on the number of days your child attends each week.

2 Days: $2450 | 3 Days: $3450 | 5 Days: $5700

We offer two convenient payment paths:

  • One-Time Payment: Total annual tuition (minus enrollment fee) paid in full by September 15th.

  • Monthly Installments: Tuition (minus enrollment fee) divided into 8 monthly payments, beginning by August 15th and concluding by March 15th.

Payment Methods

  • Digital (Brightwheel): Pay via ACH (bank transfer) or Credit Card.

    • Credit cards incur a standard transaction fee.

    • You will have the option to enable Auto-Pay within the Brightwheel app to ensure your installments are handled automatically.

  • Check or Money Order: make checks payable to Wunderville

    • Drop-off: Checks may be left at the main office
